Simply schedule a meeting with our business development officer, then decide on the number of professionals you want to hire and for how long. After payment, the required number of workers will then be assigned to you so you can start assigning tasks.

Is there a minimum number of months for the contract?

No. You decide how long you want to work with us. You’re totally in control.

Is my data secured?

Definitely. Our IT department has set up systems to protect your data, and we’re not in position to give them away, unless you allow us to.

Can I hire project-based workers?

Yes. During your initiatory meeting, just indicate that you are hiring for a certain project.

How soon can I start working with the workers?

You can start as soon as possible, provided you have settled the payments for the services you avail.

Do I get to interview the professionals?

You may communicate with our project managers for task assignments and clarifications, but we will be the one assigning specific professionals to you, making sure to consider both your needs and availability of professionals. But don’t worry because our professionals are trained in their chosen fields and are highly competent. We also constantly monitor their work to ensure we provide only the best service.

We are in Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines. Mandaue City is a highly urbanized city located in Cebu province—the richest province in the Philippines in 2019 and one of the top IT and outsourcing hubs in the Philippines.

Working Concerns

How can I be sure that the worker is using their hours productively?

You will get regular reports regarding the status of your assigned tasks, and if you want updates, we are just one call away. Supervisors also oversee the professionals to ensure that quality tasks intended for clients are done on time.

How do I communicate with my dedicated professionals?

You cannot directly contact them as all dealings and task assignments will be coursed through our project managers who are responsible for assigning tasks to appropriate workers. You can conveniently contact our customer representatives through email or Skype.

During what times may I communicate with the project managers?

Working hours are to be considered in communicating with the project managers. It will be discussed during your initiatory meeting with our business development officer. If the project manager is no longer at the office, we always have our friendly customer representatives to address any concerns.

What if the remote professional resigns?

No need to worry about remote professionals resigning. We always have a backup team ready to take on the job. Tasks will get done at the time promised without sacrificing the quality.

How do I assign tasks?

You can assign tasks through our project managers. They will assign them to the appropriate professionals, taking into consideration the skills required and the deadline of each task.

Do I need to observe Philippine holidays?

No. We work around your schedule for your convenience. We are always ready to deliver results whenever you need us to.

How do I terminate remote professionals?

You may request for the termination through our human resources department or via our customer service department.

Do you provide regular trainings for the virtual employees?

Yes. All our professionals are trained before they start working. We schedule regular trainings once they get on board with us because we believe that continued learning is vital to provide the best services for our clients.

May I train the worker myself?

Yes, you may. However, it must be done in coordination with our corporate trainer.

Payment Concerns

Are your prices fixed?

You may negotiate the prices during the initiatory meeting. We will take into consideration the number of workers you want to hire as well as the length of time you want to hire them.

How do I get billed for the services?

You will get an email notification from us every month. You can then pay us through your chosen mode of payment.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept all types of payment except checks. You may pay us through PayPal, Skrill, bank transfer, or any other methods that is most convenient for you.

What currency do you use to bill me?

We bill in US dollars

What if I want to give bonuses to my remote professional?

You may do so, but this should be coursed through the company. You can’t directly give the workers bonuses without the knowledge of the managers. But you need not worry because we’ll make sure they get it.
