Step 1: Step 1: Select Event and Ticket Type

  • Customers begin by browsing available events on our website and selecting their desired event.
  • After selecting the event, customers can choose the ticket type, including single-entry, VIP, or other event-specific options.

Step 2: Complete Purchase

  • Once the ticket type is chosen, customers proceed to the checkout page.
  • Customers are required to provide their name, email address, and payment information.
  • Payment is processed securely, and the transaction is confirmed upon successful completion.

Step 3: E-Ticket Generation

  • The e-ticket is made available for immediate download from the confirmation page.
  • A copy of the e-ticket is also sent to the customer’s email address provided during checkout. Customers can choose to download the ticket to their device or print a physical copy.

Step 4: Download E-Ticket

  • The e-ticket is made available for immediate download from the confirmation page.
  • A copy of the e-ticket is also sent to the customer’s email address provided during checkout. Customers can choose to download the ticket to their device or print a physical copy.

Step 5: Event Access and Verification

  • On the day of the event, customers present their e-ticket at the entry point.
  • The QR code is scanned, and the serial number is cross-checked to confirm the ticket’s validity.
  • Once verified, customers are granted entry to the event.

Important Considerations

  • Customers are encouraged to download and save their e-tickets immediately after purchase to ensure easy access on the event day.
  • The QR code and serial number are unique to each ticket and cannot be reused or transferred.
  • If there are any issues with downloading or receiving the e-ticket, customers should contact our customer service for assistance.

NO REFUNDS POLICY

We would like to inform our customers that all e-ticket sales are final. Once you purchase a ticket, it cannot be canceled or refunded. This applies to all ticket types, including single-event, multi-event, and promotional tickets.

Please make sure to carefully review the event details, such as the date, time, and location, before finalizing your purchase. By completing the transaction, you confirm that you have read and understood the event terms and conditions and agree that the purchase is final.

If the event is canceled or postponed by the organizers, we will notify you of any available options, such as rescheduling or credits for future events.

If you have any issues with your e-ticket, please contact our customer service for help. However, we will not consider refund requests for personal reasons, such as schedule changes or inability to attend.
